Follow-Up System(FUS)

"The Target of Follow-Up Subsystem (FUS) is to provide the necessary facilities for follow-up timely the work with various topics and different origins, from the beginning stage to its end."

Large organizations often have multiple and complex procedures and usually operational headquarters are scattered throughout the country, therefore follow-up communications within organization about different topics work is particularly important.

Most of the time the business cases are very critical, so it is necessary to follow-up work process under control to ensure timely completion of a work.

A business case could have different origins such as: letters, notes (minute), telephone, contract and etc. The follow-up cases with letter origin could automatically via letter (required follow-up) be created. Also, during minutes of a meeting, the items which are recorded in the minute will be automatically set up the follow-up procedure.
